Job summary

IV Nutrition Nashville is seeking an Assistant Clinic Director (Full-time & Part-time) to support management and daily clinic operations while delivering exceptional intravenous vitamin infusion services and outstanding client experiences.

This role blends clinical expertise, sales leadership, client relationship management, and team development to oversee staff, ensure top-tier care, drive retention, and contribute to clinic performance.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN License required.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of vascular access or infusion experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• Previous sales, membership, retail healthcare, hospitality, or client retention experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV therapies, including starting IVs and monitoring treatments.
• Ensure client safety, comfort, and well-being throughout services.
• Document client interactions, treatments, and responses accurately.
• Provide education to clients regarding therapies, memberships, and wellness services.
• Deliver a high-touch client experience that promotes loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Address client concerns and service recovery opportunities promptly and professionally.
• Conduct follow-up calls and outreach to clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
• Support membership enrollment, renewals, and retention initiatives.
• Lead by example in promoting services, memberships, and wellness programs.
• Drive clinic sales performance through relationship-based selling and education.
• Monitor client retention metrics and identify engagement opportunities.
• Coach team members on sales conversations and client relationships.
• Support achievement of clinic revenue goals through client experiences and follow-up.
