Responsibilities

• Transcribes physician orders from records with notation and signature by nursing staff.
• Prepares and compiles patient records and unit charts as appropriate.
• Orders supplies for the unit and maintains daily forms.
• Assists nursing staff with duties involving indirect patient care.
