Job summary

TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC in Lithonia, GA is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver infusion therapy to patients with chronic illnesses and acute conditions. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective administration of biologic medications and related therapies.

The role requires an RN with a state license, CPR/BLS, and preferably infusion experience. Strong assessment, documentation, and EMR skills are essential, along with excellent communication and patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in nursing and valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (BLS minimum with hands-on assessment).
• Minimum one year of nursing experience; infusion experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of patient data including status of lab work and assessments.
• Administer medications, infusion therapy, and other treatments per orders.
• Document physician orders and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide patient education and participate in clinic quality improvement.
• Deliver care with age and cultural competence; maintain confidentiality.
