Job summary

TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC in Sterling, VA seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver safe infusion therapy and manage patient care for adults with chronic diseases and acute illnesses. The RN will perform assessments, administer medications, educate patients, and coordinate care with physicians. The role requires an active RN license in the practice state and CPR (BLS).

Infusion experience is preferred. Schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 7am–5pm, with a focus on quality and patient-centered

Qualifications

• Requires RN license in state of practice (VA)
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in nursing required/preferred
• Current CPR certification (BLS minimum)
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; infusion experience preferred
• Proficient computer/keyboard skills and EMS/EMR familiarity

Responsibilities

• Perform patient data analysis including lab status and assessments
• Report changes to referring physician
• Make recommendations for patient care
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Provide patient education and participate in quality improvement
• Administer medications and infusion therapy per orders under supervision
• Ensure accurate documentation and update physician orders
• Deliver care with age-specific and culturally competent approach
