Job summary

The TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC in Sterling, VA seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver infusion therapy and coordinate patient care. You will utilize strong IV skills, follow physician orders, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Candidates should hold an active RN license in Virginia, CPR/BLS, and have at least 1 year of nursing experience; infusion experience is preferred. Schedule Tue–Fri, 7am–5pm, with inpatient-style clinical responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification (BLS minimum, hands-on) required.
• Minimum of one year’s nursing experience; infusion experience preferred.
• Infusion center environment experience preferred; familiarity with EMR systems okay.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient data analysis including labs and assessments.
• Report changes to referring physician.
• Provide patient education and participate in quality improvement.
• Administer medications and infusion therapy per orders.
• Document orders and clinical findings accurately.
