Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Michigan RN license.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV, subcutaneous, and infusion therapies in outpatient setting.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after treatments.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and respond with sound clinical judgment.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, side effects, and catheter care.
• Maintain documentation compliant with standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
