Job summary

Big Sky IV Care in Traverse City, Michigan, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Specialty Infusion Center team. Registered Nurse (RN) – Infusion Center

Are you a compassionate RN who enjoys building meaningful patient relationships and delivering exceptional patient care? Specialty Infusion Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our infusion center team in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan.

This position offers the opportunity to provide specialized infusion therapy in a comfortable outpatient setting where patient relationships, clinical excellence, and quality care come first. Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday, daytime hours
• No overnight shifts

What You'll Do

• Administer IV, subcutaneous, and other infusion therapies
• Assess patients before, during, and after treatment
• Monitor for adverse reactions and provide appropriate interventions
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatments and medications
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
• Access and maintain PICC lines, ports, and other vascular access devices
• Follow all safety, quality, and infection-control standards

What You'll Bring

• Active Michigan RN license
• Two or more years of clinical nursing experience
• Strong IV and vascular access skills
• Current BLS certification
• Infusion, oncology, critical care, home infusion, or home health experience preferred
• Experience with PICC lines and implanted ports preferred
