Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• 30% Assessment/Diagnosis – Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual.
• 30% Outcomes Identification/Planning – Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes based on diagnoses and collaborative problems.
• 20% Implementation/Evaluation – Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and outcome achievement with multidisciplinary input.
• 10% Leadership – Participates in process improvement to improve clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• 10% Operations – Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.
