Qualifications

• BLS certification required (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Conduct hourly rounding and document data per policy and procedure.
• Assist with activities of daily living within unit-defined limits.
• Communicate observations and patient problems to the licensed nurse.
