Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight for the infusion center and collaborate with the unit Director/Manager.
• Develop and implement department plans including performance improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee orientation and training of personnel in the department.
• Communicate with staff, physicians, and administration in written and verbal form.
• Direct staff, supervise and evaluate performance; ensure proper use of time, equipment and staff.
• Provide direct patient care as needed within the scope of practice and adjust care plans as required.
