Prime Healthcare’s Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL seeks a Clinical Nursing Supervisor for the PIC Line/ICU. This full-time, day-shift role leads nursing staff, coordinates patient care, and collaborates with unit leadership to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include an active RN license, BSN preferred, BLS and ACLS on hire, and 2+ years of nursing experience with supervisory exposure. CCRN not required but supported where possible.

Formación

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BSN preferred; BLS and ACLS required on hire and maintained.
• Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience; 1 year in supervisory role preferred.
• Professional certifications within 2 years of hire preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supports administrative responsibility for department service functions and collaborates with unit leadership.
• Develops and implements departmental plans, including performance improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees staff orientation and training, communicates with staff, physicians and administration.
• Directs, supervises and evaluates personnel during shifts to ensure efficient department operations.
• Performs direct patient care as needed within scope of practice and directs changes in care plans as required.
