St. Luke's University Health Network is hiring a Clinical Manager for the Infusion Center in Stroudsburg, PA. This full-time role oversees daily operations, staffing, quality improvement and patient care standards, collaborating with nurses, physicians and administrative staff.

The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with leadership skills, eligible for PA/NJ license, with preferred Oncology certification. Strong HR and budgeting abilities are expected to support service excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program.
• Registered Nurse with current license to practice in Pennsylvania or New Jersey based on work location.
• Bachelor of Nursing degree and Oncology Certification preferred or enrollment within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct administrative functions for the infusion department.
• Manages daily operations to improve effectiveness and service quality.
• Develops and evaluates short and long-range performance improvement and operational goals.
• Implements policies and ensures clinical practice standards are met.
• Analyzes unit performance, outcomes and financial data; assists budgeting.
• Selects, motivates and retains staff; initiates recognition.
• Maintains outstanding customer service as a staffing standard.
• Collaborates with other network infusion centers to adjust staffing and services.
