Job summary

Penn Medicine seeks an Infusion Nurse Manager to assist clinical and administrative leadership in managing cancer program operations. You will directly supervise Infusion staff, enhance complex patient care, and align nursing goals with Penn Medicine and UPHS strategic objectives across departments and divisions.

Responsibilities include staffing, compliance, education, onboarding, and continuous improvement of infusion services to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive nursing experience with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Experience in infusion/oncology care is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Infusion staff (RNs, CNAs, CSAs, CMAs).
• Establish and update policies and procedures for designated units.
• Lead quality and safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.
