Zusammenfassung

Amerita is seeking a Clinical Educator to support patient transitions to home and alternate-site infusion care. You will educate patients, caregivers, referral sources, and internal teams to ensure safe therapy initiation and ongoing independence.

In collaboration with SAEs, CSEs, pharmacy, and operations, you will deliver CEU programs, clinical guidance, and hands-on training to improve transition efficiency and patient outcomes across care settings.

Qualifikationen

• RN license required; active license in state of practice.
• Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience; infusion therapy or specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Experience in adult education, clinical training, or healthcare education preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required

Aufgaben

• Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff on Amerita services, infusion therapies, and home/alternate-site care.
• Provide in-person and virtual patient education to promote safety and independence.
• Assess patients to determine appropriate home infusion or alternate-site placement.
• Deliver initial therapy education and support therapy initiation activities.
• Document education and clinical interactions accurately in company systems.
• Support development and use of patient education materials and tools.
