Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a highly organized Program Manager - Infrastructure/Tools to lead internal tools, marketing operations, and SOP governance within the Marketing Department. You will define requirements, drive tool development, and collaborate across cross-functional teams including software developers.

The role covers ISO documentation, pFMEA, and KPI tracking to support compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Candidates with a Marketing or Business degree and strong process engineering experience will be considered.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in product management, process engineering, program management, or operations roles.

Responsibilities

  • Define requirements and drive the development of internal tools and processes to improve marketing and sales efficiency.
  • Lead process reengineering initiatives to optimize marketing and sales workflows.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement best-practice improvements across marketing operations.
  • Own and manage the Marketing Department’s SOP handbook.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to align programs with business objectives.
