Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a highly organized Program Manager - Infrastructure/Tools to lead and manage critical internal tools and marketing operations within the Marketing Department. You will define requirements and drive the development of internal tools and processes, including employee-facing platforms, cross-functional tools, and infrastructure products that serve other teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, CS, IT, or related technical field (Marketing/Business degree with process engineering experience also considered).
• 5–8 years in product management, process engineering, program management, or operations, ideally in server/storage/AI hardware.
• Strong background in process engineering and reengineering workflows.
• Hands-on technical background with servers, components, or data center environments preferred.
• Proven experience defining requirements and driving internal tool development, managing operational programs, ISO/compliance, and working with software teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with Office, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), and PM platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and drive development of internal tools and processes to improve marketing and sales efficiency.
• Lead process reengineering initiatives to optimize marketing and sales workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement best-practice improvements across marketing operations.
• Focus on employee-facing tools and platforms and cross-functional tools for internal use.
• Manage sales tool enhancement process from gathering requirements to delivery.
• Interface with software developers to prioritize, track, and implement enhancements.
• Review, update, and maintain ISO Work Instructions for compliance; create new WIPs as needed.
• Coordinate marketing SOP handbook updates with cross-functional teams.
• Develop channel marketing strategies and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Finance.
• Monitor program performance, generate insights, and recommend efficiency improvements.
