• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certification or equivalent experience a plus.
• Degree in Information Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact between end-users and IT staff to identify root causes of issues.
• Communicate regularly with office staff to ensure computer equipment is functioning and respond promptly to problems.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and data manipulation using published software on computers and peripherals.
• Keep computers and peripherals up to date and functioning properly.
• Screen technical literature for referral and guidance.
• Perform routine infrastructure and systems maintenance and management.
• Support Cloud infrastructure settings and deployment.
