Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading systems administration, infrastructure operations, or platform support teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise OS, server infra, virtualization, cloud and monitoring.
• Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash).

• Lead, mentor, and develop systems administration professionals.
• Manage performance, coaching, career development, and workforce planning for the team.
• Oversee availability, performance, security, and reliability of critical systems.
• Administer Windows, Linux, virtualization, cloud and hybrid environments.
• Establish service standards and performance metrics aligned to priorities.
• Drive modernization, automation, and optimization to reduce risk.
• Partner with cybersecurity to implement controls and patching.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration.
