Job summary

Charlotte Country Club is seeking an Infrastructure Superintendent to lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the club’s critical golf course infrastructure systems.

This role oversees the PrecisionAire hydronic rootzone heating and cooling system, irrigation infrastructure, pump stations, drainage, utility networks, and major projects to support championship conditions throughout the property.

Qualifications

• Experience managing golf course irrigation systems and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with pump stations, irrigation controls, and water management.
• Willingness to become the club’s subject matter expert on PrecisionAire or similar hydronic systems.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PrecisionAire Hydronic System Management, monitor performance, and develop maintenance schedules.
• Manage 26 SubAir units for greens and optimize drainage and rootzone aeration.
• Oversee irrigation infrastructure, pumps, controls, and water management systems.
• Lead infrastructure-related capital projects, coordinate contractors and vendors, manage budgets.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs and maintain system documentation.
