Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. is seeking an Intermediate Infrastructure Support Engineer to join the MDIOC team on-site in Colorado Springs, CO. This role focuses on sustaining and modernizing mission-critical facility infrastructure with asset management and data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with Facility Systems Engineers and other partners to analyze asset data, perform lifecycle assessments, and support governance processes and V&V activities for high-value infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of full-time professional experience.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• U.S. citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Support criticality assessments of facility infrastructure assets and document results used to prioritize maintenance and upgrades.
• Assist with asset lifecycle analysis and maintain asset information and vulnerabilities.
• Analyze infrastructure data to support resource allocation, reliability, and resilience.
• Provide analytical support to Facility Systems Engineers and leadership.
• Support asset identification, inventories, data reconciliation, and records maintenance.
• Develop test plans/procedures and support V&V activities for infrastructure projects.
