Job summary

Footbridge Federal is seeking a contract-based program manager in the United States (Alexandria, VA) to monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and performance across defense construction portfolios. You will coordinate with military stakeholders and HQ staff to resolve program bottlenecks and draft executive briefings and policy recommendations for leadership.

The role requires an Active Secret clearance, a technical bachelor’s degree, and professional DoD MILCON or facilities planning experience.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• Professional experience supporting DoD MILCON, facilities engineering, or infrastructure planning.
• Familiarity with federal facility programming, budgeting, and project execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with capital planning and enterprise-level infrastructure investment strategies.
