Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive infrastructure experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience across servers, storage, networking, cloud, and virtualization.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and operational support skills.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of infrastructure professionals.
• Oversee daily operations across servers, storage, networking, and cloud.
• Drive stability, availability, and performance of infrastructure services.
• Support incident resolution and escalation management.
• Guide backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity efforts.
• Maintain infrastructure standards, runbooks, and documentation.
• Partner with IT leadership on roadmap execution and improvements.
• Support field networking and OT connectivity needs.
• Assist with audits, compliance, and vendor coordination.
• Contribute to AI-enabled infrastructure support initiatives.

Compensation: $165,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Infrastructure Supervisor II/Manager to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on infrastructure leader who enjoys building high-performing teams and improving the systems that keep a business running. In this role, you’ll guide a talented team across infrastructure operations, help shape technical direction, and support a modern environment spanning corporate, cloud, data center, and field connectivity.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and coach a team of infrastructure professionals.
• Oversee daily operations across servers, storage, networking, and cloud.
• Drive stability, availability, and performance of infrastructure services.
• Support incident resolution and escalation management.
• Guide backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity efforts.
• Maintain infrastructure standards, runbooks, and documentation.
• Partner with IT leadership on roadmap execution and improvements.
• Support field networking and OT connectivity needs.
• Assist with audits, compliance, and vendor coordination.
• Contribute to AI-enabled infrastructure support initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 8+ years of progressive infrastructure experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience across servers, storage, networking, cloud, and virtualization.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and operational support skills.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing technical teams.
• Ability to balance hands-on work with team leadership.
• Experience supporting documentation, process, and operational improvements.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Cisco UCS, Hyper-V, or Nutanix.
• Knowledge of Pure Storage, NetApp, or Commvault.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, or Entra ID.
• Background in SQL Server administration.
• Experience with Palo Alto, Arista, or SD-WAN environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, or SharePoint.
• Experience supporting field or OT networking environments.
• Interest in AI, automation, and modern support tools.
