Job summary
Lenovo in Essen, Germany seeks a Technical Presales Specialist to translate complex customer requirements into scalable infrastructure designs across compute, storage, networking, and AI as needed.
You will own the technical solution design through the full sales cycle, lead demonstrations and POCs, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Partners to develop differentiated, profitable solutions that win deals.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years in a systems integrator, vendor, or comparable IT environment
- Strong data center technologies knowledge for designing and sizing infra
- Ability to translate requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions
- Excellent communication to translate complex tech concepts to various stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Own the technical solution design for complex infra opportunities across the full sales cycle
- Translate customer requirements into scalable infrastructure solutions (compute, storage, networking, AI)
- Lead technical discussions, product demos, POCs, and executive presentations
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Services and Partners to develop differentiated solutions
- Deliver technical enablement workshops for partners and internal teams
- Lead technical responses for RFPs and proposals to drive deal outcomes
