Akkodis is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Services Lead to serve as the primary advisor and technical leader for a dedicated client environment. This role blends infrastructure expertise, strategic planning, client consulting, project leadership, and team mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years in infrastructure administration, systems engineering, technical consulting, managed services, or technology leadership roles.
• Mentoring, coaching, or leadership training experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal technology advisor for assigned client accounts.
• Align technology roadmaps and infrastructure strategies with business goals.
• Build trusted relationships with executives, managers, and end users.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve performance and security.
• Translate technical concepts into practical business recommendations.
• Oversee and optimize client environments, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and endpoints.
• Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of infrastructure solutions.
• Serve as the escalation resource for complex technical issues and advanced troubleshooting.
• Provide subject matter expertise for architecture, systems administration, and issue resolution.
• Recommend and implement upgrades, modernization efforts, and infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure technology solutions follow established standards, best practices, and client commitments.

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Services Lead to serve as the primary advisor and technical leader for a dedicated client environment. This role blends infrastructure expertise, strategic planning, client consulting, project leadership, and team mentorship.

As a trusted technology partner, you will work closely with client stakeholders, guide infrastructure decisions, oversee operational performance, and lead initiatives that improve security, reliability, and business efficiency. You will also support the development of technical team members while helping clients maximize the value of their technology investments.

Pay Rate: $75,000-85,000 annually + Benefits

Responsibilities
