Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Infrastructure Resiliency Lead (senior L5) with enterprise-wide ownership of IT resiliency strategy and execution. You will lead BC/DR, HA, DORA compliance, crisis management, and geo-resilience across a global infrastructure estate, reporting to CIO/CRO audiences and shaping large resiliency programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure or tech risk with BC/DR and HA expertise.
• 10+ years in senior leadership with resiliency ownership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate's, 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Own IT resiliency end-to-end across BC/DR and HA.
• Ensure DORA compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Lead crisis management design and response frameworks.
• Design geo-resilience architectures across multi-region models.
• Sell and shape resiliency engagements at CIO/CRO levels.
• Maintain P&L ownership and client satisfaction for resiliency portfolio.
• Provide thought leadership on resilience trends.
• Build and lead resiliency practice.
