Job summary

Accenture seeks an Infrastructure Resiliency Lead to own enterprise-wide IT resilience strategy and execution. You will lead end-to-end BC/DR, HA architecture, regulatory compliance, and crisis management for global clients, engaging CIOs and Boards.

The role involves executive leadership, multi-region design, and delivering high-impact resiliency programs, with travel up to 25%–100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, resilience, or tech risk with BC/DR and HA architecture expertise.
• 10+ years in senior leadership with resiliency strategy, regulatory compliance, or crisis response.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; if Associate’s, minimum 6 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Own IT resiliency end-to-end—set strategy, govern architecture, drive BC/DR and geo-resilience.
• Accountable for DORA compliance and regulatory requirements across industries.
• Lead crisis management design, simulations, and executive escalation processes.
• Design geo-resilient architectures with multi-region failover and data sovereignty considerations.
• Sell and shape resiliency engagements at CIO/CRO level and present to boards and regulators.
• Maintain accountability for commercial and delivery performance of resiliency engagements.
• Provide thought leadership on trends like AI-driven resilience testing and chaos engineering.
• Build and lead a high-performing resiliency practice.
