Job summary

Accenture seeks an Infrastructure Resiliency Lead to own IT resiliency strategy and execution across BC/DR, HA, and geo-resilience for global clients. You will engage CIO/CRO audiences and lead large resiliency engagements end-to-end.

The role requires 10+ years in IT infrastructure and leadership, with regulatory expertise and a Bachelor's degree. Travel 25-100% may be required; a broad compensation and benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, operational resilience, or technology risk, with BC/DR and HA architecture expertise.
• Minimum 10+ years in senior leadership roles with ownership of resiliency strategy, regulatory compliance, or crisis response for large enterprises.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Own IT resiliency end-to-end — strategy, governance, and execution across BC/DR, HA, and geo-resilience for global clients.
• Lead DORA compliance and regulatory requirements across financial services and other regulated industries.
• Design crisis management frameworks and executive escalation protocols for major disruptions.
• Sell and shape resiliency engagements at CIO/CRO level, including proposals and board presentations.
• Maintain accountability for commercial and delivery performance of resiliency engagements.
