Job summary

Quest Oracle Community is seeking a Reporting Specialist to support large heavy-civil infrastructure programs by creating recurring reports, dashboards, and status updates. You will collect data from project teams, organize it, and present clear performance summaries to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes developing written summaries, visuals, and content for reporting products, ensuring consistency and audit readiness across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in roles focusing on reporting for heavy-civil infrastructure construction programs
• Experience preparing written summaries, dashboards, and reporting materials for internal or external audiences
• Ability to collect, validate, and synthesize information from multiple stakeholders into structured outputs
• Proficiency with dashboard/reporting software (Power BI/Tableau/Oracle Cloud Analytics)
• Familiarity with document control systems and project management software

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of recurring and ad hoc reporting deliverables communicating project status and milestones
• Collect, organize, verify reporting inputs from project teams
• Develop written summaries and assemble visuals and updates for standard reports
• Review project materials to identify items relevant to reporting needs
• Maintain reporting trackers and source materials for audit readiness
• Contribute to standardized performance summaries used across projects
• Coordinate with project controls to align outputs with templates and expectations
• Produce clear, well-structured reporting materials for diverse audiences
