Job summary

Next Generation, Inc., an HR Path company, is seeking an experienced Oracle PPM/Grants Report Writer to support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making within Oracle Fusion PPM and Grants Management environments.

The role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing operational, financial, project, and grants-related reports and dashboards to support business stakeholders, project managers, finance teams, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience developing reports and analytics within Oracle environments.
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM and/or Oracle Grants Management.
• Strong OTBI and BI Publisher reporting experience.
• Proficient SQL writing and data validation skills.
• Knowledge of project accounting, budgeting, and grants management processes.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze reporting requirements from stakeholders.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain reports and dashboards in Oracle Fusion PPM and Grants Management.
• Create and support BI Publisher and OTBI reporting solutions.
• Develop ad hoc and executive-level reports.
• Validate report accuracy and reconcile data between Oracle Fusion and external systems.
• Collaborate with consultants, analysts, and admins to troubleshoot reporting issues.
• Support project accounting, billing, and grants reporting requirements.
• Develop automated reporting to improve efficiency.
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer for reporting tools.
