Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field required.
• 2+ years finance related experience required.
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Purchase machinery, equipment, tools, parts, supplies or services for operations.
• Buy goods and services for use by the company.
• Review and optimize suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability.
• Approve high-quality purchases at the best price and in correct amounts.
• Approve purchase orders, solicit bids, and review requisitions.
• Instruct staff on resolving problems with undelivered goods.
• Instruct staff on negotiation and contract administration with suppliers.
• Discuss defective goods with staff, users, and vendors and determine corrective action.
• Evaluate contract performance for compliance and changes.
