Job summary

KPMG LLP in New York is seeking a Director - Infrastructure, Capital Projects & Climate Advisory (Project/Program Development & Finance) to lead the Infrastructure and Projects Advisory practice within Deal Advisory.

You will guide client engagements, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive strategic solutions across transportation and ENR sectors, with a focus on project finance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Eight+ years in advisory consulting with growth in leadership roles.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
Proven track record presenting to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with financial modeling and strategy.
Experience in project management, QA, and risk management.
Willingness to travel; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and inspire a team to deliver client solutions.
Serve as primary client contact, building strong relationships.
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of engagements within scope and budget.
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with sales/marketing.
