Job summary

Royal Electric Company is seeking a Project Manager to support infrastructure projects in Sacramento or Pleasanton, CA. This exempt role leads preconstruction through closeout, manages budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Accubid, and ProCore. Travel out of state is requested.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 5+ years of related experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Accubid and ProCore.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with General Contractors, Project Owners, Subcontractors, and vendors.
Be the point person from preconstruction to project closeout.
Delegate tasks to team members and ensure understanding of project scope.
Coordinate between Field Operations and Preconstruction activity.
Review construction documents for inconsistencies and develop RFIs.
Create subcontracts and drive buyout from estimate with clear exclusions and scope.
Monitor procurement, labor tracking, and schedule milestones.
Support contracts team to review scope and timeline commitments.
Drive accurate cost projections and maintain budget tracking.
Coach project engineers for key results.
