Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking an experienced construction project manager to help develop and deliver critical infrastructure projects. You will prepare scopes, budgets, and payment applications, administer contracts, and oversee scheduling and compliance with drawings and specs.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and experience with software like MS Project.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials.
• Outstanding negotiating skills.
• Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scopes, RFPs, budgets, and manage payment applications.
• Administer construction contracts from inception to closeout.
• Oversee scheduling, sequencing, permits, and project closeout with officials.
• Manage subcontractor engagement and enforce health & safety onsite.
• Review project progress for quality and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Lead and document project meetings with owners, architects, and construction managers.
• Report to senior leadership on cost, schedule, risk, and quality matters.
