The IT Project Manager, I&O, is a critical role responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream infrastructure programs. This position requires a practitioner who can operate with strategic clarity and tactical precision — translating I&O objectives into executable plans, navigating ambiguity, and consistently delivering measurable business outcomes.
The PM serves as the primary delivery lead for priority infrastructure initiatives spanning marketing solutions, service monitoring solutions, cloud migration, data center operations, network modernization, end-user computing, and IT service delivery. In addition to direct project ownership, this role will partner closely with the Enterprise Systems PMO to uphold shared standards, governance rigor, and cross-functional alignment.

- Lead structured risk, issue, and change management processes; develop remediation and mitigation plans; escalated critical items to senior leadership with clear context and recommended actions
