Job summary

Job description

• Develop a deep understanding of the Owner’s project requirements, business objectives, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Execute predefined workflows within systems of record (FLUX & Talos), ensuring all tickets, bugs, and tasks are updated and closed in alignment with program expectations.
• Attend and report on meetings with internal partners (DCS, CIE, DCNet, MLCSCO, NDI, etc.), proactively gathering stakeholder needs, building alignment, and addressing concerns.
• Facilitate integration of the Owner’s operations team and support daily team routines and communications.
• Manage assigned construction‑related projects under the direction of the DC‑NICon FTE Regional Lead.
• Prioritize work based on material availability, risk, and approaching SLO deadlines.
• Oversee and manage DC‑NICon bug queues, ensuring tasks are completed within published SLOs and escalations are resolved with appropriate post‑mortems.
• Manage and oversee telecom vendor contractors operating across the YAWN and MARCUS programs.
