Summary: This is a unique position that requires the understanding of manufacturing environments – people, systems, and equipment.Both technical and soft skills are required to be successful in this position.This is a hands on / boots on the ground position requiring the ability to work with a team to build a plan and then lead the team to execute the plan. It requires working as a third party, thereby interacting with, directing at times, and motiving individuals who are not subordinates, but who are outside vendors, employees of the client, and leadership of the client.Most importantly, it requires the ability to make things happen. This job is all about follow-up and making things happen; therefore, strong communication, problem solving, decision making, and ability to see the big picture; and an action-oriented personality are required.

16.Proficient in MS Office Suite, and preferably in MS Project.With willingness and ability to learn Primivera, Autocad, or any other work-related software that we may need to use to meet our business or client’s needs (e.g., Procore).

14.Related education or certification
15.Ability to climb ladders and stairs, stand for long periods of time, travel frequently to vendor sites, work from vendor sites for periods of time based on the job, wear proper PPE as dictated by the job
