Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies seeks an Infrastructure Project Manager to coordinate enterprise infrastructure upgrades in Florida, overseeing planning, budgeting, procurement, and logistics across multiple concurrent projects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in infra project management, experience with network, POS, RFID, HVAC, and a budget above $1M, plus strong Excel/Power BI reporting and cross-functional collaboration. Travel and valid passport are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an infrastructure Project Manager.
• Experience managing projects including cable fiber, network systems, POS, QR codes, RFID, and HVAC integration.
• Budget management involving $1M+ projects.
• Strong procurement, sourcing and logistics coordination for complex tech projects.
• Proven ability to collaborate with up to 30 stakeholders including C-suite executives.
• Experience juggling multiple concurrent projects with varied scopes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as an infrastructure Project manager successfully managing planning through execution and delivery.


• Must have experience managing the following projects- cable fiber, network systems, POS equipment, QR code systems, power sockets, access control points, RFID, power supply, and HVAC integration.


• Skilled in building and managing project budgets over one million dollars or greater


• Strong background in procurement, materials sourcing, and logistics coordination for complex technical projects.


• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with up to 30 diverse stakeholders including executives in the C-suite, ensuring alignment across technical, operational, and business teams.


• Experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects with varied scopes and requirements.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite for project reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.


• Adept at reading, interpreting, and applying technical specification sheets to project design and implementation.


• Possesses a valid passport and willing to travel for project oversight and coordination.


• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable business objectives that align with organizational goals.


• Experienced in bridging communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and project alignment.
