Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC's Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an experienced Product Owner or Business Analyst to drive a high-profile RTLS implementation across a healthcare environment, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define and prioritize use cases and coordinate vendor activities.

You will lead adoption efforts, shape the platform roadmap, and own processes for governance and execution in a highly matrixed organization, delivering measurable operational value

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or managing RTLS technology in a healthcare environment.
• Experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Project Manager roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide technology implementations affecting multiple departments.
• Strong documentation, organizational, and execution skills.

This individual will partner with business and technology stakeholders, define and prioritize use cases, coordinate vendor activities, drive adoption efforts, and help shape the future roadmap of the platform. Required Skills:

• Experience implementing or managing RTLS technology in a healthcare environment
• Experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Project Manager
• Experience leading enterprise-wide technology implementations affecting multiple departments
• Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technology teams
• Experience defining business use cases and driving adoption initiatives
• Strong documentation, organizational, and execution skills
• Experience coordinating vendors and implementation activities
• Ability to navigate highly matrixed organizations and complex political environments
• Experience driving operational process improvements through technology

Desired Skills:

• Experience with CenTrak or Kontakt.io platforms
• Healthcare technology implementation experience
• Experience expanding technology platforms through new use cases and optimization efforts
• Experience with highly invasive enterprise systems such as ServiceNow
• Experience creating governance models and operational playbooks
• Change management experience
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps and long-term technology plans
• Background supporting operational excellence initiatives
