Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex upgrades across infrastructure domains, coordinating planning, budgeting, procurement and logistics.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple concurrent projects, interact with executives, and translate technical specifications into business objectives while ensuring alignment with timelines and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an infrastructure Project manager overseeing planning through delivery.
• Experience managing cable fiber, network systems, POS, QR code, RFID, HVAC and related infrastructure.
• Budgets exceeding one million dollars and strong procurement/logistics experience.
• Ability to coordinate up to 30 stakeholders including C-suite leaders.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI and Office for reporting and analytics.
• Passport and travel willingness for project oversight.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience as an infrastructure Project manager successfully managing planning through execution and delivery.

Must have experience managing the following projects- cable fiber, network systems, POS equipment, QR code systems, power sockets, access control points, RFID, power supply, and HVAC integration.

Skilled in building and managing project budgets over one million dollars or greater.

Strong background in procurement, materials sourcing, and logistics coordination for complex technical projects.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with up to 30 diverse stakeholders including executives in the C-suite, ensuring alignment across technical, operational, and business teams.

Experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects with varied scopes and requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite for project reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.

Adept at reading, interpreting, and applying technical specification sheets to project design and implementation.

Possesses a valid passport and willing to travel for project oversight and coordination.

Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable business objectives that align with organizational goals.

Experienced in bridging communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and project alignment.
