Job summary

Exodus Integrity Services is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure initiatives. This full-time onsite role requires delivering projects on time and within budget while aligning with customer expectations and IT quality standards.

The ideal candidate can manage 3–5 simultaneous projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive risk management across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate on a business and IT technical level.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Ability to build, assemble and direct teams, pursue opportunities and address issues to deliver results.
• Experience leading project teams of 5-10 staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Establishes comprehensive project plans describing what the project team will actually be doing and when they expect to finish.
• Drives project plans to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Identifies internal and external risks and creates contingency plans as part of risk management.
• Identifies resources required to complete the project and interfaces with IT to ensure quality processes.
• Interacts with Product Manager to ensure requirements are well defined and met.
• Collaborates with QA to ensure timely quality assurance activities.
