Job summary

The Harris County Toll Road Authority seeks an Assistant Director of Project Management to lead the PM team responsible for delivering multiple complex engineering and infrastructure projects from conception to completion. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 5 years of relevant experience including personnel management.
• Licensed to practice as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project managers responsible for planning and execution of feasibility studies, design, cost estimation, environmental clearance, and construction management.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and leadership; assist in budget forecasting for current and future capital projects.
• Direct efforts in documenting requirements, planning, risk management, progress tracking, and resource allocation across projects.
