Job summary

BA/BS in a related field and 3+ years in project controls are expected, along with strong communication and proficiency in Microsoft and Google suites.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in project controls or administration.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in maintaining quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Establish governance, processes, and systems for the project.
• Maintain client and team relationships and facilitate information flow.
• Prepare monthly client program reporting and executive dashboards.
• Assist with proposals for new or revised projects.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role.
