Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a Project Support role onsite with client teams in the Atlanta area. You will assist the Project Manager by organizing meetings, tracking actions, and maintaining minutes, while helping with RFPs, scheduling, permits, and vendor invoicing through to client submission.

A strong emphasis is placed on collaboration and delivering precise project updates. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in engineering or business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with 2-4 years of experience in the electric utilities or a related field, or an associate's degree in engineering or business with 5-8 years of experience in the electric or gas utility field or a related field

Responsibilities

• Organize team meetings, walkdowns, track action items, and maintain agendas and minutes for the Project Manager.
• Assist with RFP creation for engineering and construction bidding and maintain project Phase Checklists.
• Build project schedules and follow up on permit status with the point-of-contact.
• Request opening of Project IDs and Workorders and obtain financial updates from vendors.
• Update financial forecasts in client systems and prepare project status reports and KPIs.
• Review vendor invoices, generate invoice checklists, and submit for client submission.
