Job summary

Cis-International-LLC in Juncos, PR is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the Project Management team with organizing, tracking, and documenting infrastructure, facilities, utilities, and construction projects. You will support PMs with field coordination, contractor follow-up, and project reporting while communicating with contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders.

The role emphasizes practical site presence, strong organization, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting construction, infrastructure, facilities, utilities, or field projects.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, field activities, documentation, meetings, and follow-up actions.
• Comfortable working in an active site environment and performing routine field walks.
• Ability to understand basic project scopes, schedules, drawings, work plans, and contractor documentation.
• Strong organization, follow-up discipline, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• English and Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of infrastructure, facilities, utilities, construction, and operational projects.
• Participate in project meetings, prepare minutes, document key decisions, and follow up on actions.
• Track open items, due dates, contractor commitments, and field constraints.
• Perform field walks to verify progress and document activities and constraints.
• Maintain photographic records of progress, work areas, and punch list items.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for schedule updates, safety documentation, and field readiness.
• Assist with bid walks, site visits, scope clarifications, and vendor communications.
• Support tracking of permits, submittals, RFIs, closeout documents, and punch lists.
• Assist PMs with status reports, trackers, dashboards, and electronic project files.
• Escalate safety concerns or delays to the PM.
