Job summary

CIS International LLC seeks an on-site Project Coordinator to support the Project Management team across infrastructure, facilities, utilities, construction, and operations. You will help with documentation, meetings, and field coordination to improve execution discipline.

The role emphasizes field visibility, contractor interactions, and timely reporting. Prior field coordination experience and bilingual English/Spanish communication are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years supporting construction, infrastructure, facilities, utilities, or field-based projects.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, field activities, project documentation and follow-up actions.
• Comfortable in active site environments and performing field walks.
• Ability to interpret project scopes, schedules, drawings and reports.
• Strong organization, follow-up, communication, and attention to detail.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of infrastructure, facilities, utilities, construction, and operational projects.
• Attend project meetings, take minutes, document decisions, and track action items.
• Track open items, deadlines, contractor commitments, and field progress.
• Conduct routine field walks to verify progress and identify constraints.
• Maintain photographic records of progress, areas, conditions, punch lists, and completed work.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for updates on schedule, safety, and field readiness.
• Assist with bid walks, site visits, proposal follow-ups, and vendor communications.
• Help track permits, access, safety docs, submittals, RFIs, and closeout docs.
• Assist PMs with status reports, trackers, dashboards, and electronic files.
• Escalate safety or performance issues to the PM.
