Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to lead end-to-end supply chain enablement and hardware fulfillment for launching new availability and local zone sites worldwide.

You will coordinate across manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and engineering, manage risks, and communicate status to leadership while navigating complex schedules and data center technologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software).
• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.

Responsibilities

• Manage launch of multiple availability and local zones with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and leadership; synthesize issues into concise messages.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Regional DC Teams, Networking, Services, Trade, etc.
• Understand and proactively flag risk for upcoming launches to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage system and supply chain dependencies between launches and negotiate trade-offs with business stakeholders.
