Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience
• 5+ years of data center or network capacity planning or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related technical field
• Master’s degree in a related technical field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Serve as program manager and drive process and automation improvements
• Set up, lead and improve Supply and Operational Execution delivery capabilities across multiple product/platform service teams
• Provide thought leadership to define Art of the Possible for software automation teams
• Lead large-scale people, process, data & system engineering efforts solving complex problems
• Understand technical requirements of partners and guide supply chain activities
• Identify risks/opportunities in technical supply chain strategies and drive actions
• Develop new analytical models for supply chain solutions
• Execute strategic business objectives with internal stakeholders to improve dependability and reliability
• Prepare data-driven business reviews for senior management focusing on dependability and consistency
• Influence diverse teams and rally support for initiatives with measurable program goals
• Achieve cross-functional collaboration with strong analytics, judgment and communication
