Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex upgrades across infrastructure domains, coordinating planning, budgeting, procurement and logistics.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple concurrent projects, interact with executives, and translate technical specifications into business objectives while ensuring alignment with timelines and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an infrastructure Project manager overseeing planning through delivery.
• Experience managing cable fiber, network systems, POS, QR code, RFID, HVAC and related infrastructure.
• Budgets exceeding one million dollars and strong procurement/logistics experience.
• Ability to coordinate up to 30 stakeholders including C-suite leaders.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI and Office for reporting and analytics.
• Passport and travel willingness for project oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, budgeting, procurement and logistics.
• Ensure alignment with operational goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable business objectives.
• Coordinate infrastructure upgrades during maintenance cycles every 3–5 years.
