Job summary

Cengage Group is seeking a senior Infrastructure Program Manager to lead complex modernization initiatives across endpoint, cloud, networking, identity, and security. You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects from conception through operation, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and governance are in place.

Strong focus on executive communication and stakeholder alignment. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in technology program management with infrastructure delivery, PMP or Agile/Scrum

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology program management experience leading infrastructure delivery.
• Experience managing complex enterprise infrastructure implementations, migrations, or modernization initiatives.
• Strong governance, RAID management, dependency management, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects across planning, design, implementation, migration, stabilization, and closure.
• Develop integrated project plans, milestones, critical paths, resources, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and vendors to drive delivery and resolve blockers.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and migration across endpoint, cloud, networking, identity, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms.
• Establish governance, cadence, escalation paths, and go/no-go criteria.
• Ensure operational readiness through documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition to steady-state operations.
