Responsibilities

• Project Manager in IT Infrastructure Endpoint Services with prior IT experience in similar role or related field. Act as the point of contact from onshore perspective for Infrastructure delivery. Excellent knowledge in Windows 10, O365, Windows Modern Management, SCCM.
• Knowledge in Intune, Azure, Jamf, AWS. Automation is a plus. Interact with senior stakeholders from an engagement growth perspective.
• Ability to take ownership, managing and maintaining effective working relationships with all stakeholders
• Infrastructure Project Management experience in a highly structured SDLC/Waterfall and agile environments
• Excellent knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel or PowerBI reporting and tracking
• Very structured and systematic management approach
• Highly proactive and independent. Excellent presentation and communication skills
